Forty Medical Systems (40MS) builds CEMS, an electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medical record (EMR) platform made for how wellness and aesthetic practices work: charting, consents, treatment plans, and Patient records tailored to each Practice rather than retrofitted from general-purpose clinical software.

Forty Medical Systems Google Workspace app

The Forty Medical Systems Google Workspace Marketplace app connects CEMS to a Client's own Google Workspace. It is not a sign-in page. Practice documents stay in the Client's Drive, under a layout the Platform keeps to a standard.

• Files Practice documents into the Practice's own shared drives (Patients and Practice), acting only as the licensed user platform@ with Google's drive scope.
• Keeps each Patient folder to a fixed layout (Patient Plans, Labs, Forms and Consents, Correspondence, Uploads, and Imported).
• Lists deviations from that standard for Superadmins and the 40MS Representative. It never reads or writes a User's own My Drive.
